Returns / Refunds
From time to time there may be a manufacturing error or damage in transit that affects you satisfaction or perhaps you have changed your mind. You can request an exchange or a refund, please state which you would like. you are welcome to explore other options even if having requested a refund.
- you can return an item 14 days from purchase.
- you can choose not to have a refund and receive replacement items
- refunds will be issued via reversal of the payment method
- use the original packaging the item was shipped in (applies predominantly to mugs)
- in instances of incorrect items being sent because of an error on part or damage in transit that renders the item un-useable return postage equal to the original posting method (2nd class /recorded) will be paid by Ruptco Designs.
- for returns that are unwanted gifts or because of change of mind the customer will pay the return postage not exceeding the original posting method (2nd class /recorded).
Initialising a Refund
To initiate a refund please use the contact details or form on this page. It will help speed up the process if you:
- use the email address used to make payment
- include the postcode the parcel was sent to
- detail the contents of your order and exactly what the problem is (may not be all items are a problem)
If you do not want a refund but feel there is an issue to be resolved please contact us with your problem and we will do our best to make you happy.
